Power is always short in India and this idea shows a way to generate power with no fuel.

Rain water harvesting is an established practice in the world. Rain water is collected from the roofs and brought down to tanks on the ground. The higher the roof the faster the water comes down with great energy which is nullified when it enters the tank. The idea is to fix a mini water turbine at the bottom of the pipes to take off all the energy and convert it to power.

Calculations will have to be done to prove that the investment in the water turbine will be justified by the value of power generated.
